Anshikha Skills Foundation is a Trust incorporated in the year 2019 and has been delivering its services in the skill development industry since then.
We are one of the leading Trust in India for providing value based skill developed training to the economically and backward youth (18-35 Yrs)
Anshikha Skills Foundation came into existence with a mission to bridge the gap between education and industry by providing sustainable livelihood opportunitiesto the unemployed and needy youth, school dropouts, households, person with disability etc, which in turn support’s the SKILL INDIA vision.
Organization is run by group of young professionals who have sound industry back ground with proven track record in skill eco system.

At Anshikha Skills Foundation we provide employment linked, market oriented vocational training to the needy youth in sector like Electronics, Power, Apparel, Hydrocarbon & Plumber etc.
We align with governments vision in implementing training programs.
Connect with industry for demand analysis, curriculum development and placements.
Implement the entire chain from candidate mobilization to placement and settlement.
Provide training programs to aspirants and bring them in to the workforce.
